Sales Lead Bonus

Synectics employees are encouraged to report all sales leads to the Account Manager of your account, to your Synectics supervisor or to Karen Weingart. 

 

Synectics assigns account lists to each Account Manager. It is the Account Manager’s job to find out about all business opportunities at each of the companies on that list. Your sales leads can be very helpful and are always welcome.

 

A sales lead that is properly reported to Synectics management, that is not an active account, and that leads to actual Synectics revenue of at least $50,000.00 in any calendar year will qualify for a sales bonus based upon how much revenue is generated. One-time bonuses have ranged up to $1,000.00, although all Sales Lead Bonus are determined by Synectics, in its discretion.

 

Reports of sales leads to your Synectics supervisor will be passed along to Karen Weingart who will assign it to an Account Manager. If you are a consultant working at a client site, and you hear about new business opportunities with that client, you should inform your Account Manager or call Karen Weingart immediately.

 

Note: Recruiters, Account Managers and Technical Managers are not eligible for the Sales Lead Bonus.
