Employee Referral Bonus

Synectics is always looking for new consultants and will pay a bonus to current employees who are the referral source of a recruit. To be considered for this bonus, you must provide your Synectics Recruiter with the candidate's name and contact information. Employee referral bonuses will not be paid for a candidate identified by the client to be "payrolled" through Synectics.

 

The bonus will not be paid until a new employee referred by you has worked sixty (60) days (minimum of 480 hours). At that point, you earn a $100 referral bonus for technical referrals and $25 for administrative referrals. You may choose to receive this bonus as a check at your next periodic pay period or an equivalent amount in the form of paid time off.

 

Synectics values any recommendations you give regarding your referrals. However, since Synectics performs a rigorous interview process, it is not necessary that your referrals have your recommendation.  We appreciate all leads!

 

Note: To receive this bonus, you must be an employee on the day the referred employee begins an assignment and on the day the referred employee fulfills the requirement. Recruiters, Account Managers and Technical Managers are not eligible for the Employee Referral Bonus Plan.

 

All bonuses are subject to normal deductions for federal and state withholding taxes and social security.
